FACTS Financial Management User Account & Payment Plan Set Up Instructions

If you encounter any issues or errors during this process, Customer care representatives are available to assist you at 866-441-4637. Review the email from FACTS, which contains important instructions and links to set up your user account and payment plan.

Fields  Descriptions
Name

Contact Information: The contact is the individual with a financial obligation to the institution for services provided.

Address

Type your address in the designated field.

Email You may type up to three email addresses for account correspondence. If you use an international address, at least one email address is required.
Phone Numbers You may type up to three separate phone numbers. At least one phone number is required, but it does not matter which type you provide.
Service Message A paragraph at the bottom of the page explains that FACTS may use any provided contact information to reach you.
Username and Password 
Fields  Descriptions
Username There are no significant restrictions, but spaces are not allowed. You may use your email address as your username if you wish.
Password The password must: 
  • Contain at least 12 characters long
  • Contain at least one letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Include at least one special character
  • Cannot contain your username

Spaces are permitted, except at the start or end of the password.

Phone Authentication

4-Digit Pin

Type a four-digit numeric PIN. Only four numbers are allowed; no other characters are permitted. If you type fewer than four numbers or use letters, the system will display an error message indicating the information is invalid.

Telephone ID Questions and Answers These are used to authenticate your account when you contact FACTS with questions.
  1. Open the email you received from FACTS.
    OR
    Use the link provided by your school. When you click the link, you are taken to step 3.
  2. Click Set up a payment plan.
  3. Click Sign into your FACTS account for existing users. Returning users will continue to set up a payment plan.  
    OR
    Click Need to create a new FACTS account
  4. Complete the Contact Info options
    • If the school has preloaded your demographics, you may verify and update them.   
  5. Click Next.
  6. Complete the Username and Password requirements.
  7. Complete the Phone Authentication requirements
  8. Click Submit.
  9. Continue to set up a payment plan

Set up Payment Plan

Payment amounts display in your FACTS Confirmation Notice once the school has added your tuition amounts.

Fields  Descriptions
Student First Name*

Type the first name of the student. 

Student Middle Name

Type the middle name of the student. 

Student Last Name* Type the last name of the student. 
Grade Level* Select the grade level for the school year you are enrolling the students.
  1. Review the Contact Information page, and click Next.
    • Edit Details allows you to update the contact information. 
  2. Click Add Student,  complete the fields for all students, and click Save.   
  3. After all students attending the institution are added, click Next
  4. Select a payment plan, and click Next.
    • Based on the plan selected, you must acknowledge any nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee and click OK
  5. Select a financial account type, click Next. Type the new account information, click Save, then click Next
    ​OR
    Select an existing payment method, and click Next.
  6. Review the Payment Schedule, and click Next.
    • Based on the payment method selected, additional service fee amounts may display.  
  7. Review the agreement details, and click the Terms and Conditions acknowledgment box. 
  8. Click Authorize.
