Switch School to View and Modify MFA information inside Family Portal

FACTS  Family Portal

If you have students enrolled in multiple schools within the same district code, you may choose which school to log into when you access Family Portal. Once you are logged in, you can easily switch to a different school without needing to log out.

You may also change your MFA method, login credentials, and authentication questions from within Family Portal.

Select a school to view in FACTS Family Portal

For parents with students at multiple schools under the same district code, learn how to switch from one school to the other without logging out.

  1. From FACTSmgt.com, click Log In Here, then click Family Portal Login. 
  2. Type your school's District Code.
  3. Click Next. 
  4. Type your Username and Password, then Sign in with your MFA option.
  5. Select the radio dial next to the desired family and school.
  6. Click Set Family.
  7. To change to a different school within the same District Code, click the school name in the upper right corner next to your initials.
  8. Select the radio dial next to the desired family and school.
  9. Click Set Family.
Modify MFA information

Once logged into Family Portal, you may modify your MFA method, username, email, or authentication questions. You may also contact FACTS Financial Management parent support at 1-866-441-4637 for assistance.

  1. From FACTSmgt.com, click Log In Here, then click Family Portal Login. 
  2. Type your school's District Code.
  3. Click Next. 
  4. Type your Username and Password, then Sign in with your MFA option.
  5. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.
  6. Select My Profile.
  7. Make the desired changes.
  8. Click Save.
