Please review these scenarios and keep them for your record.
- Username & Password need to be updated due to not meeting requirements, and Username already exists

- The user had an existing FACTS account that was linked to their SIS record. In this example, they don't need to change their username - just update the password due to not meeting requirements

- Username was unique, and only the Password needs to be updated due to not meeting requirements

The login flow will always be that users are asked to:
- Log in using their username and password.
- Then, they would potentially be directed to one of the above screens to update the Username and/or Password, if applicable. If neither needs to be changed, this step will be skipped.
- MFA prompt (MFA MUST be in place for all users by December 17th, 2025).
- Set up authentication questions if they haven't already completed them.
- Routed into SIS/Family Portal .
