What is FACTS Childcare Management?

FACTS Childcare Management is a tool that allows families and childcare providers to communicate more efficiently and stay connected to a child’s early learning journey. Parents can receive photos, videos, and activity updates such as check-in/check-out times, diaper changes, bottle feeds, milestones, and more through daily reports or push notifications.

How do I log in?

FACTS Childcare Management, FACTS Family Portal, and FACTS SIS all use the same login system. You can use the same username and password you use for your other FACTS products.

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Use the same troubleshooting steps as you would for FACTS SIS login issues.

• Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen
• Follow the prompts to reset your password

What can I do in the parent app?

With the FACTS Childcare Parent App, you can:

• Get real-time updates from your child’s classroom
• Receive daily summaries, photos, and messages
