What is FACTS Childcare Management?

FACTS Childcare Management is a tool that allows families and childcare providers to communicate more efficiently and stay connected on a child’s early learning journey. It allows parents to receive photos, videos, and other activity updates (e.g. check-in/check-out times, diaper changes, bottle feeds, milestones, etc.) via daily reports or push notifications.

How do I download the FACTS Childcare Management parent app?

You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching FACTS Childcare Management.

How do I log in?

FACTS Childcare Management, FACTS Family Portal, and FACTS SIS all use the same authentication system. This means you’re able to conveniently use the same username and password you use for your other FACTS products.

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

You can use the same steps to troubleshoot as you do when troubleshooting SIS login errors.

  • Click the “Forgot Password” link
  • Follow the forgotten password workflow to reset your password
Does the FACTS Childcare Management parent app cost money?

FACTS does not charge families to use the parent app.

What can I do in the parent app?
  • Get real-time updates from your child’s classroom
  • Receive daily summaries, photos, and messages
  • Stay informed about check-in/check-out times and attendance records
How do I report a bug or issue with the app?

We are currently developing a convenient, efficient way to report bugs. We will provide more information as we refine our process.
