Add Prepay Funds from FACTS Family Portal
Add funds on FACTS Family Portal:
FACTS Prepay Accounts allows you to pay in advance for expected expenses, such as before- and after-school care, and the school applies the charges to reduce the balance. You may add funds through the Family Portal.
How to Add Funds through Family Portal
- From FACTSmgt.com, click Log In Here, then click Family Portal Login and log in.
- Select Financial from the menu.
- Click Add Funds.
- Type the Payment Amount for each account.
- If this is the first deposit for an account and the institution has set a minimum first prepay amount, a warning displays when the customer enters an amount less than the minimum.
- Click Next-Payment Method.
- Select an existing financial account. If a credit card is selected, a non-refundable credit card fee disclosure displays.
OR
Click Add New Account. If a credit card is selected, a non-refundable credit card fee disclosure displays.- A receipt is sent to the email displayed, and you may add additional email addresses.
- The Total Amount displays, click Pay $ Now.
- The Thank You page with payment authorization page displays, and the system redirects you back to the Financial page.
- A Payment Confirmation email is sent to the email address on file and to any additional email addresses you may have added.
